In sitefinity 3.x there are zero telerik skins which look normal in the backend, however it’s super easy to skin them so they conform to the style and look native.
Everything there is optional except for these guys**: Skin=“Sitefinity”** & EnableEmbeddedSkins=“false”.
This is telling the Window to use a skin postfix of “Sitefinity” and EnableEmbeddedSkins says “don’t look in the Telerik.Web.UI for that css file”. Which is pretty important since there IS an embedded skin named Sitefinity, but it’s the Sitefinity 4 theme which looks a little odd in a 3.x content. Except for maybe the RadEditor, the borderless button style looks so crazy awesome in just about any page.
